Sorry that happened to you. If the part has a 6-digit hardware number, you can place an order for it by clicking on this link 'Replacement Parts'. If it doesn't have a hardware number, you can always buy a new one. I personally recommend the KAVALKAD (Frying pan, set of 2). This one comes in a set of 2 😉
