Any other record collectors here absolutely rely on the KALLAX?

While getting into record collecting can be as equally fun as it is expensive, I have to thank IKEA for providing affordable and sturdy storage ideal for LPs. I'm confident that 90% of record collectors these days rely on the KALLAX (Shelf unit), given how they are the perfect-sized storage for records, and just overall look nice. They're also featured in pretty much any record collection picture I see online...

Here's a photo of part of my setup! Any other KALLAX fans here who use them for storing records?

I don't collect any records, but I am impressed by the size of that collection! If you don't mind sharing, what are some of your favourites?

Thanks so much! A favourite from my collection has to be a first US pressing of the Grateful Dead's first record - purchased in San Francisco in the late '60s by a neighbour of mine. He offered to give me the record and it's so amazing to have a piece of history like that in my collection!

Not a record collector either but, as @Snevyl said, impressive collection! I reckon some EKET (Wall-mounted shelving unit) would make for great storage as well!

There's a KALLAX fan right here 🖐 While I do not use my KALLAX shelf unit to store records, I do use it to store books. #booknerd
