I just want to share my excitement over this lamp!

I saw it on the Marilyn Dennis show last week and I fell in love with it!

ohh so i need to buy a new lamp for my living room - for a reading spot - I was thinking of using this one that i bought from IKEA ages ago that i currently use for a bit of bedtime reading

Very elegant look. Personally, I still love the LAUTERS (Floor lamp) the most. The legs just give it so much life!

I was wondering if the light can be dimmed too! I found out that you can dim and switch the light wirelessly with the TRÅDFRI remote control kit which is pretty cool.

That's definitely a nice lamp! My lamp is also from IKEA. It's reliable but I think I can use an upgrade now.

If you have a picture of the spot were you plan to put the lamp it will help to see  the materials  surrounding the space , the decoration style and how dark the spot is to provide ideas, I see   metal  and wood seems to be a predominant materials on the picture you posted , Is the same for your reading spot ?  HEKTAR (Floor lamp with 3-spotlights)  is industrial look, 3 lamps that you can direct  separately and turn on off separately as well

I could use some help. My bedroom is pretty small so I'd like to put it in the same spot as the picture. It also is my same spot for reading and studying! My desk is right next to it, but I forgot to add it in the picture. The HEKTAR (Floor lamp with 3-spotlights) is nice but I think it would be more suited for my living room. Do you know any rectangular lamps that look good for corners?

That is attractive. Yes love it. It would also be good behind a piece of furniture because of the shape
