TRÅDFRI Wireless motion sensor for outdoor use

Hello folks,

Any idea if I can use TRÅDFRI Wireless motion sensor for outdoor use. in short, I want my porch lights to turn on when someone is walking in or out.. not sure if it may be able operate in Canadian winter?

Hej! The TRÅDFRI wireless motion sensor is meant for interior usage only. We have not tested the product outdoors, so we cannot necessarily confirm if it will function as expected. Nonetheless, it is not recommended that you use the product outdoors, as it might not perform adequately. Tack!
