Sannahed Frame

Asking about the Sannahed frame... again.

Why are we not getting the 25x25cm in Canada anymore, but literally every other Ikea in Europe, Asia, and Australia have hundreds and hundreds? They actually have 3 different sizes in the Sannahed line now... 25, 35, and 50cms. They are being made, and everyone else has them but us... why?

And before someone tells me it is some sort shipping or logistics problem, why do we now have the 50cm one in, which we NEVER did before. How is that size able to arrive in North America, but the 25cm cannot? There is not a shortage, there is a surplus everywhere else in the world.

Someone make this make sense please.

Hej  @andie, Thanks for asking. We completely understand the confusion and your concern. We realize how frustrating and incredibly inconvenient it can be to have an unfinished project because of stock issues. Although the COVID-19 pandemic is at the root of most of our stock issues, the situation has affected many levels of stock replenishment, from manufacturing to shipping.

Given these issues, IKEA has taken many steps to secure supply across all our stores. Some of these steps include:

• Aggressive ordering from all our suppliers
• Continuing to restock our stores as much as possible

Despite these issues, the good news is that we're seeing the situation improve every day. We sincerely apologize for any trouble our customers may have faced due to this situation, and we'd like to thank you for your patience and understanding.
