Return used items after 4months.

Hi,

I purchased Bed Mattress and Bed Frame (KLEPPSTAD
bed frame, HAUGESUND spring mattress)online in September and it's been about 4months. I opened items and have used them. I do not have the original packaging tho they are as clean as when they arrived.

Is it possible to return them after used 4months and without the original packaging? 

Also, I do not have a car so I wonder if they still come to pick them up or I have to bring them to one of the stores?

I am moving in a week so please give me some ideas ASAP!

Thanks so much for reaching out! First off, we’re incredibly sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please note that the bedframe can be returned in-store assembled and without original packaging within 365 days of purchase.

Our mattresses however are regrettably not returnable for refund. Rather, we work with our “Love it or exchange it” policy, whereby mattresses can be swapped for an equivalent model one time post-purchase, if you aren’t completely happy with the mattress you chose.

If you can’t bring the items back in-store on your own, we can also look into having the items picked up. However, we do charge a pickup fee, which is usually $59.00 but can vary depending on a number of factors. If you’d like to pursue this option, please reach out to one of our customer support channels (1-866-866-4532, or via DM on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter) so we can take a closer look for you.

You said it is not refundable for the mattress tho, instead of refund, is it possible to get a store-credit or something like that? 

Another question about Bed Frame. For a refund, the price including tax will be affected or without tax?

Hej! For the mattress, it will be at the store's sole discretion to offer you a refund on an IKEA gift card instead of proceeding with an exchange. As for the bed frame, you will be refunded the amount you paid, including taxes.
