In March 2022, I submitted an order for multiple parts I needed for repairs and to fit second-hand furniture with missing pieces. The order acknowledgement email I received had a link to check the status. As of today (September), still, it's marked as "Dispatched". I haven't received it.
In May, I had a chat with a customer service agent who told me that "Dispatched" means it's been shipped. Since it had been so long, he told me it must've been lost in the mail. He kindly submitted a second identical order so that I could get the parts soon after. I didn't receive any acknowledgement email for that order, but the agent gave me an order number. I have no way to check its status though. I still haven't received my parts order.
It's now September, and I'm needing to submit another order, but for different parts. Since I already have 2 orders that went missing this year, I'm hesitant to order again...
Has anyone had such bad luck with replacement parts shipping? Am I alone with this issue? (in Canada)
I do, but some of the spare pieces aren't very common, so I doubt they'd be able to find any at the store. Unless you're saying that I can order spare parts to be shipped to the store and then I can pick them up there?

Concerning a new order, I highly advise you to continue placing your orders online or through our customer service line; you'd have more of a chance to get everything you need, since, as mentioned, some pieces aren't very common anymore.
