Replacement Ektorp inner cushion cover?

I have an Ektorp sectional couch we purchased a few years ago, and the feather pocket in one of the square seat cushions got a rip in the fabric and has basically exploded into the outer cover.  Is there a replacement inner cover for this, or a similar current model available?  Or even a replacement cushion?

However, a Sweden-based company, BEMZ, makes slipcovers for discontinued IKEA sofa models. Their website is BEMZ.com.
