Ranarp Work Lamp with Tradfri dimmer stopped working

Has had this combo for about 18 months but it stopped working - ie pressing on the remote does not turn the light on.

So is the remote out of power or is the bulb burnt out? Unfortunately I don't have any other ikea lamp to test this out with.

Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry for the issues you’ve been facing. The light bulb should work on other lamps, as the E26 is a fairly standard size and the bulb doesn’t need the remote to work. We’d recommend testing it on another lamp and troubleshooting that way!
