Purchase history Family card-- needed for Warranty

is there a way that ikea can see purchases on our ikea family card. i am only able to see up to 2020. I purchased a microwave in 2018. @moderator

been thru all my possible bank statements and we purchased it with gift cards

my car was stolen and i had all my receipts in there (no longer do that)

ikea product has been discontinued 403-364.54 BETRODD (super easy to install with 2 people who arnt that good at kitchen renos 🙂 great microwave but now no longer works)

Hej  @MmKay! Thanks for letting us know. We're very sorry to hear that. This microwave has a limited warranty that is valid for five years from the date of purchase so, do you know the exact date of purchase?

unfortunately no, my husband does have a final photo of our kitchen after our reno dated May 28, 2018. i remember that was one of the last purchases we made. i know i used my ikea family card but its not showing that far back.

Thanks for following up. Unfortunately, to proceed with a warranty issue, we need your proof of purchase. If the purchase was not logged on your IKEA Family card, we can only recommend looking through any purchase statements you may have - although we do see you mentioned the product was bought via gift card.
