Orfjall chair wheel inserts

Solved Go to answer

I bought a few of the Orfjall office chairs for my office and I'm having issues with the wheel inserts. The plastic inserts that the wheel is attached to continues to slide out of the chair legs and turns my wheels sideways and at this point they are pretty damaged. I've been looking online but I can't find those plastic inserts anywhere. Is there a way I can buy them to replace the ones I have?

Hi!

Did you know that you can place an order a replacement part online, free of charge?

 https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/customer-service/returns-claims/spareparts/

I hope this helps 😊

Thanks for clarifying, Timothy! Given the nature of the issue, we'd recommend reaching out through our support avenues via social media (Facebook PM, or Instagram/Twitter DM). If you can send us your order number, the product article number, and a video depicting the issue, we can take a closer look.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Hi, thank you for commenting! I've looked at the manual for the chair and it doesn't list the plastic insert as a part so i don't have a part number for it.
