Nattjasmin sheets get moldy

Hello,
I have an issue concerning the Nattjasmin sheets. They got moldy after storing for some weeks. They were washed with the sanitizing cycle. There is no problems of humidity in my apartment.
Somebody had this problem and found the solution?

Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been facing with this product.

Unfortunately, if the sheets weren’t in this condition post-purchase or post-wash, environmental factors would have most likely caused this issue. The sheets may also not have been completely dry before being stored.

At this time, we regrettably can only recommend washing the sheets again to see if that solves the issue.
