I have one Maximera drawer that will not close completely. It appears that it locks on the right hand side. I tried reinstalling it to no avail. My kitchen has 14 other Maximera drawers all working fine. I'm wondering if it's simply faulty and if I should replace it. Availability having been an issue, I'd like to fix this, and I'm 4 hours away from the nearest Ikea.

Thanks so much for following up! We’d recommend trying to diagnose the cause of the issue by removing the drawers underneath the problematic one, so you can get down closer to the ground and look up to see if something is blocking the runners below.
We can also recommend putting the drawer on another set of runners, to see if it works there.
Slowly pulling the drawer in and out can also help determine the issue, to see if any extra friction is causing the drawer to stall.
Finally, there may be contents inside the drawer underneath that are protruding too high and are getting in the way underneath the problematic drawer.
We hope this information helps.

Thanks so much for following up with us. We appreciate the amount of time you’ve taken to try and resolve the issue, and we’re sorry that we haven’t been able to find a resolution just yet.
We can recommend removing the drawer runners and using them on the drawer when it’s outside of the cabinet to see if that helps you get a closer look at what’s causing the issue.
If this does not work, we can recommend bringing the parts in to your nearest IKEA location so we can inspect the product in person.
We hope this information helps.
