Luroy slats not shippable to pick up location in Kitchener or London?

I wish to purchase a bed frame that requires the Luroy wooden slats.
If I select the bed frame without the slats included the product can be shipped to the Kitchener or London pickup locations.
If I select the bed frame option including the slats then the product can no longer be shipped to the Kitchener or London pickup locations. I would be forced to pickup at the Burlington store.
Would anyone know the reason? I don't understand.

Hej! You are not able to place an order to one of our Collection points because the LURÖY slatted bed base is currently out of stock at our distribution center. On the other hand, you are able to place a Click & Collect order to our IKEA Burlington store for the bed frame plus the LURÖY slatted bed base because stock is retrieved directly from our store instead of our distribution centers. Hope this clarifies.
