Kitchen Ordering - what has your experience been?

Hello, what has your experience been with ordering a complete kitchen? I have been trying the past 4 months without success to order a complete kitchen package. I've had my online kitchen verified by an IKEA kitchen specialist for $39. The kitchen requires 93 parts. Of the 93 parts, anywhere from 30 to 50 items are not available. I've tried ordering on ~10 different days with the same result. I have tried ordering both from the warehouse and from a specific store and the result is the same - several unavailable items. I spoke with IKEA about this. Unfortunately, there is no known time when unavailable items will be available - not even a ball park. There is also no way of back ordering an entire kitchen order. I am told to keep trying every few days. Should I continue to wait an unknown amount of time, or should I just try someone else? I would be interested in hearing other's experience.

I ordered my complete new kitchen (for self-installation) in early December 2021. I've gotten most of it from one truck delivery, one or two parcel deliveries, and 2 trips back to the warehouse for pickup (it took until February, all-in-all), but I'm still waiting on my SEKTION (Base corner cabinet frame)... 
So... not great.

Wow, you've been at it almost half a year and still haven't received all of your base cabinets. Sorry to hear that.

I knew there'd be delays going in, and I didn't actually move in here until February, so it's only been 3 months of me living here with an incomplete kitchen, lol

Luckily, most of my kitchen is usable without it, so life goes on. The world is a mess, all we can do is do our best with what we've got.
