Kitchen Lighting

I have a track 5 light fixture but when I am facing the counter, I get a shadow and it blocks the light. I want to change this so I have all over bright light on all the 4 counter areas and wondering what would be the best option for ceiling lighting? Under cabinet and over cabinet lightng does not help
