Kitchen Designs Missing

Does anyone know how to recover saved kitchen designs from the previous planner? All of my designs that are only 5 or 6 months old are now gone?

Just came to ask the same thing. I'm in the middle of a three unit project and freaking out a little!

Hej! Thank you for being part of the community. To potentially retrieve your kitchen designs, I recommend that you contact IKEA at 1-866-866-IKEA (4532). Another option would be to reach out to IKEA on Facebook (IKEA Canada) or Twitter (IKEACanada/IKEACASupport). You will need to provide us with your email address so we can send you links to your designs. Note that your old designs will need to be recreated on the new kitchen planner tool. Hope this helps.

Me too. I am so incredibly disappointed in IKEA right now. This is our third IKEA kitchen and even though our prior experiences have been good, I don't think we will do another because of the poor service we have received.

First we have to wait for months for parts (okay, I understand that given the pandemic etc)

Then, we go to collect our pieces that were on reserved and we were charged the new (increased prices) and when I asked for a refund for the difference I was met with the runaround and attitude.

And now, I go to consult our design so we can start laying it all out, and the design is missing. There was no emails to warn us that this would happen... nothing.

And the response is that I should call customer service and wait on hold for who-knows-how-long (your own webpage says that you are having unprecedented demand right now!) in order to figure out how to retrieve my design for a kitchen that I have bought and paid for????

UNREAL. VERY dissatsifed customer here and I am not usually one to complain but enough is enough.
