Kallax unit

Hi,

Just wondering if the Kallax unit is sturdy enough to sit on. I was thinking about using a single (4 opening) shelving unit horizontally as a window seat. Has anyone ever tried it. would need to support maximum 200 pounds. Just wondering.

ahhh i mean i dont know - obviously it depends on who sits on it but on the product details it says that it only supports 25kilos - and i dont know about you but speaking for myself i would have to go on a serious diet to hit that weight 😂

Would have to agree with @ThorP on this one! I would follow the suggested weight load and even go as far as not having anyone sit on the shelf unit, despite the 25 kg limit, for safety reasons.
