Hi, I just received my item and it's broken by delivering which is really bad and I think the package is not from IKEA, I tried to return online but it's not working at all. Can you please help me IKEA?

@Ching-Kai, sometimes a space before or after the article number can confuse the system! Try removing the space, if there is one. If not, definitely reach out to customer service, as @FJÄLLBO recommended.
