IDASEN sit/stand desk motor

Help!  I have the IDASEN sit/stand desk with the electric motor - every time I change positions the desk starts going the way I want it to, then 2 seconds later goes the reverse direction.  This happens if I'm putting it up or down and happens 85% of the time.

Anyone else experience this?

Mine was also doing this and then the controller wouldn’t raise the desk. 
I performed the “Basic Settings” that I found in the instructions and it now works correctly.
