How do I open my saved kitchen planner once I have signed in?

Great question! If you go to our kitchen planner page, there will be an option to open your saved designs. They should pop up here if you’re logged in!

I think this would work for most people.  However, it turns out that when IKEA changed the system, my files were no longer there where I can reach them.  I was helped by Ashleigh who did a wonderful job regenerating the files and they are now there in my folder.   I can now open them the way you suggest.

Please note that if the files were saved prior to July 2022 and you cannot find them, even when doing everything suggested, you may  need to get help at a deeper level.  I suspect that there are only a few of us with this issue however!

Thank you to IKEA for helping me with this.  I am SO excited to be getting my kitchen and family room done!  It is going to be beautiful!

We did switch our system over the summer, which caused some errors with previously-created kitchen plans.
