How are replacement parts delivered etc

Hello. Can anyone tell me the method of shipping/delivery used for replacement parts (Canada Post, courier etc)?

And how do you know if they have shipped out to your address? Is that what "Dispatched" means when you check the status of a replacement parts order? Do you get an email notification when the shipment has gone out or no?

All of mine have been Canada Post. I always get an email notification when they ship:

Update: Parts I ordered arrived today by Canada Post.  No email notification of them being shipped but they still arrived from overseas in a week give or take a day and that's awesome.
