Handle for VITVAL pull out bed

Hi, 

I have done assembling my VITVAL pull out bed, except for the handle to pull out the bed itself is not symmetric and it cannot be inserted to the frame properly.

You may be able to see that one side is way longer than the other and the screw to hold it is not reaching.

Is this a defect or am I doing something wrong?

Customer service seems impossible to reach...

Hej! Thank you for being part of the community. The handle of the VITVAL pull-out bed frame should be symmetrical. I recommend exchanging the defective part at your local IKEA store's Returns & Exchanges counter. Your sales receipt is required. Tack!
