Does ikea offer pickup for returns of large items?
Hi, I bought a mattress 2 months ago and unfortunately it isn't comfortable and I want to return it. Except the mattress is too heavy to carry and to pack that i don't know how to return it in-store. Does ikea have an online return process like most other sites where they come and pickup the item to be returned instead of the customer having to return it in-store themselves?
