I bought this chair last week with Steady legs ( cuz no legs with rolls available at that time). Now, I saw there is the rolled legs (the bottom part). But I don't know how to just exchange the bottom part. I tried to use Live Chat/ call without success. I don't know how to save the time to just  o

Hej! Thank you for being part of the community. Kindly note that it is not possible to only exchange the legs of your LÅNGFJÄLL office chair. You will ultimately need to exchange the office chair altogether. Your sales receipt is required to proceed with the exchange. Tack!

Thank you for your reply. When I purchased it, the cashier said I can do it. There is no valid contact ph line that I can call your store to ask more details. I saw this chair has the roll in this model. I bought this one last time, just need to have the white roll legs & I want to keep the beige color.  Langfjall conference chair/ beige / white

Ikea furniture is all about mix match with different parts. There are tons of roll legs available, but the one I got just running out of the roll legs. Please help me to find the solutions. 

I also want to order the other one but no stocks at that time. Loberget/Malskarswivel Chair + Pad white, white legs $79.00. When I tried to add both items for delivery, it stated some products are not available to delivery. When I click collect, the location shows in Montreal. OMG. But there has stock in Vaughan or North York location. It's very confusing.

Can I buy the other model with with roll base then return/ exchange the one without role?

That's a great question,  @Ecco. Unfortunately, that isn't possible because we would be receiving an incomplete item.
