I live in Newfoundland. Can anyone tell me why I'm no longer able to get stock that's available in Halifax delivered here? What happened? 😞

Thanks for reaching out to us about this. We sincerely apologize for the issues you’ve been facing while trying to get an order placed.
Unfortunately, online orders aren’t shipped from our IKEA locations, and rather from our distribution centre. Therefore, if you’d like to retrieve stock that’s available in-store, we can recommend our Click and Collect service. Otherwise, we can recommend trying to place an order again in 1-2 weeks, to allow for stock to replenish at our distribution centre.

This was not a helpful answer because I can’t click and collect from Newfoundland…there’s no ILEA here! And our distribution centre is in Halifax and the product is available…but it won’t deliver it for some reason.

Thanks for writing back, @AndreaJane. We understand your frustration, however, the only way to see if an item is truly available in stock for delivery in your area of choice is to try and checkout. If our system does not allow it, it is probably due to stock or delivery availability. In any case, we recommend trying again at a later time. We hope this helps clarify.
