Hi there,
I purchased few items when I went to ikea store. And requested a delivery for these items as I don't drive.
Guys at delivery service scheduled it for 9-13 but all products were split into 3 orders, so now I needed to book elevator I my apartments for 1-3 and I can't reschedule all my orders for that time but only one...how can I change it and be sure that all items will arrive together at the time frame I need?customer service agents are hard to reach in chat or calls and delivery day is 28 December...
