Delivery or Pick Up in NB

Does anyone know why home delivery is not available in New Brunswick even though on the item page the items have a green dot for delivery to my home address?  When I process through to the shipping page it says it is temporarily not available.  Does anyone know when this might be resolved?

One of the coworkers or staff will need to confirm, but that sounds like part of the current unprecedented supply chain issues. Likely the item is out of stock at your local Ikea distribution centre, which will prevent you from ordering. I've run into the same issue several times myself and it very frustrating.

I have heard that NB distribution centres have had an issue with changing their delivery company.  I am just curious when that issue might be resolved.  The items show green dots to my house postal code, but as soon as I try to process the order it says it is not available.  I understand the current "supply chain" issues as I am building a new house and this has been an issue with many things.  But a month ago, Ikea had a pick up location in Fredericton and Saint John.  Now they don't appear on the list at all.  I just need to know if I need to drive over to Halifax to get my furniture.

We echo what smnc said in another reply - the issues you’re facing are related to larger supply chain/manufacturing issues that are impacting us globally at the moment. Hoping this gets resolve soon! I keep checking but no delivery options to NB. Missing my IKEA!
