How do you get IKEA's attention on how unprofessional the delivery team is when they arrive at your home. I've never in my life witnessed anyone dealing with customers as bad as these people. First they refused to deliver to the proper area in our condo corporation for moving/deliveries. Instructions were entered on the form prior. When they called me before arrival I asked if they knew where the drop off location is and he said 5 minutes, ok thanks but you know where the delivery spot is right ? 5 minutes. This went on 5 times.
They called again and said we are here. I went out and they were not in the delivery area. I found them later half a block away parked on a sidewalk. In the end they slid all my boxes off the back of the truck crashing to the ground in snow and water. I was speechless.
I filled in the survey provided and nothing in return from IKEA
