I bought ikea MILLBERGET chair(https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/millberget-swivel-chair-murum-black-00489397/ ) 3 years ago. Now it is sliding down. It does not hold height. I looked for replacement cylinder part. I was not able to find replacement part number in assembly detail. How can I order replacement cylinder? Does ikea provide service to replace cylinder part?
