Hi  @avaahazee, Thanks for reaching out with your question. We apologize for the confusion. Our Windsor location is a Pick-up center with a $39 flat fee rate and does not offer Click & Collect. We hope this helps clarify.

Hello thanks for your help! i did mean to say the pickup location not click and collect, i still cannot find it when trying to checkout

Thanks for following up! In this case, the location may be at full delivery capacity. We’d recommend checking back within 1-2 weeks, as this is the timeframe usually needed for us to replenish delivery slots.

We thank you for your ongoing patience. In the meantime, if there’s ever anything else, please don’t hesitate to give us a shout!

I am having the same issue with choosing a local pick up location (Penguin Pickup in this case).  The order i'd like to place shows pickup is an option but my local Penguin Pickup hasn't been an option. If it is indeed a case of pickup slots not being available, then Ikea should make it more clear when one is trying to execute this type of order

Thanks so much for letting us know about this and providing us with your feedback. We’re always interested in improving our ordering system, and we’re sorry to hear that information about local delivery availability isn’t clear at this time. We’ll be forwarding your feedback internally so we can take a closer look into this.

In the meantime, we can recommend checking back within a few days, as local delivery availability is always being replenished. We thank you for your ongoing patience.
