Choosing bulb

Looking what model of the bulb are compatible for this i cant find in the manual. and maximum wattage for LED to get. anyone can help me please. going to install this on dining area

hi we have that one but the light is too low. looking for brighter one . i have seen on the product the maximum watts is 22Led . that is why im trying to get more information if it safe to go 40 or 60w for led bulb
