I bought two dividers for cupboards where the refrigerator goes. I decided not to use them. IKEA wouldn't take them back because it was past 365 days. Still in the boxes. They are EDSERUM 402.664.51 dark woodgrain in colour. Winnipeg. I'm wondering if IKEA would take them back as they do with furniture. They are taking up space. So annoying.

I followed the link back in July. No response. I got a reply from this group and said I had no contact from anyone. Still no response. It's now November. Can anyone contact the IKEA store? I accepted the proposal for the buyback credit. This stuff is still taking up space.

Hi, Thanks for joining this community and for your question! Despite the 365-day policy, you should still be able to return your item, at your local IKEA store's discretion. The only difference is that you would be getting a refund back onto an IKEA gift card at its lowest selling price point. To answer your question, you can verify if your item is eligible for our Sell-Back program by going through the list through this link and then filling out an application. We hope this helps!
