Brimnes bedframe

The Brimnes bed I was using for three years broken while sitting landing my daughter and myself to the floor. Now the headboard is totally unusable. is Ikea supposed to replace the unit? I was trying to get the broken part of the unit unfortunately it's not separately available. 

I am disappointed.

Regrettably, the warranty on our bed frames is only 365 days. Additionally, the headboards are also not sold separately. We unfortunately can only recommend purchasing a replacement product at this time, since you mentioned the item was purchased over three years ago.
