Bed Hemnes

I bought a queen size IKEA bed called hemnes 21872 2 years ago and now that I’m moving I have to disassemble it. Unfortunately I have lost the specifically made IKEA tool number 113453 therefore I cannot disassemble my bed and IKEA customer service has been absolutely worse than useless and no help whatsoever. How do I purchase or order this IKEA specially made wrench tool to disassemble my bed?
