Are HOPPVALS blinds returning to Canada, and when?

I planned a spot in my house where a couple of HOPPVALS will be perfect.  Too bad they are on recall due to not meeting new Canadian safety regulations.  Are they coming back to Canada anytime soon?   If so, when?

Hi  @HÖME-OWNER, Thanks for asking. That's a great question. Our HOPPVALS (Cellular blind) are still sold in Canada, however, we’re currently experiencing supply issues with many of our products including these blinds and our stores across the country are slowly replenishing their inventories, including our distribution warehouse (online orders). At this time, we can only invite you to check our stock inventories later to allow them to be restocked in the meantime. If needed, you can also order a repair kit through our customer service. We hope this helps.

Hi AlvynA, thanks for your reply.  You say the HOPPVALS are for sale in store, but I have checked the store on multiple visits to the North York and Burlington locations, and I do not find them on the shelf, nor did I find any empty areas on the shelf with a HOPPVALS label.  Also, when I try to find the HOPPVALS on the IKEA Canada webstore, I don't see the product listed in the 'Blinds' category. If I do a Search for "HOPPVALS," it is not shown in search results, I only see a link to the page explaining that it is recalled.  When I look up the product in the IKEA USA website, I see that it is 'in stock' in most IKEA locations within the USA, so the supply chain doesn't seem to be a problem.  It appears IKEA has the items but is not selling them in Canada. So the question remains -- will IKEA resume selling them in Canada, and if so, when?
