Kitchen installation - how high should the suspension rail be from the floor?

Solved Go to answer

I am about to begin installing an Ikea kitchen.  I found two Ikea manuals online instructing how to do so.  In one manual (https://www.ikea.com/us/en/files/pdf/a3/20/a320d9f2/installation_guide-aug18.pdf), it says that the measurement from the floor to the bottom of the suspension rail should be 32 3/16".  In another manual (https://www.ikea.com/us/en/files/pdf/6e/16/6e16380a/kitchen_installation_guide_aug-2019-n.pdf), it says it should be 32 1/16".

What measurement should I use?

Hej! Thank you for being part of the community, as well as for bringing this to our attention. We recommend following the following guide to install your SEKTION cabinets, where you will need to leave 32 3/16” between the highest point of your floor and the bottom of your base suspension rail:

https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/files/pdf/67/c1/67c195cd/sektion-kitchen-installation-guide-fy23-l1-en.pd...

As for the guides you shared, we will review them internally and adjust them accordingly.

Thank you for your understanding.
