One suggestion I have is to ensure you coordinate the warm/cool "temperature" of all the lighting in the room/home. It really makes a huge difference and is so much more beautiful than having them all be different. It's the kind of thing you don't know until you try. We replaced all our bulbs (easy to do at Ikea) with warm white lighting as that is our preference. Looks amazing. Here is the Kelvin scale for reference.
